WE DON'T NEED MORONS OUTTHERE ALL SMOKED UP ON POT . WHO SHOULD I REPORT THIS TO ?????????????????? OR SHOULD I LEAVE IT ALONE ?? |

I agree with you on your comments about the potheads. If you have information that is true and correct on your allegations, you can report them to your State DOT office. Also I would immediately quit the firm you are associated with. Sooner or later, if they have not already, will be getting into some serious problems. If the owner is aware of when the drivers will be drug tested, I would guess that they are not part of a true drug consortium. If you are a member of OOIDA call them and ask them for assistance |

It is bad enough to have to change jobs, yet it is imperative for ones own safety when companies "warn" drivers of impending Drug Tests. Some states' D. O. T. offices seem to care less about such matters even when Carriers have faulty equipment. I've reported companies that have/had faulty equipment and the state (NC) D. O. T. basically acted like it wasn't a big deal. I believe the D. O. T. doesn't really care until someone is killed, THEN they seem to invest an interest. Same thing with OSHA and Construction sites.

If you think that the law enforcement people are looking the other way, I am afraid you under a big misconception. They do look at the complaints that are filed. If enough complaints are filed, there is an investigation. Law enforcement is overwhelmed by the vast amount of work they have. I met recently with a lady who works in the DOT office in Florida. She opened my eyes into what we as truckers do not see. We think they are not listening. They might not look at your partticular case. They are ldoing all they can |
