driver healthcare

Has any one seen medical depots or driver clinics at any of the truckstops where you have been? If you have used one of these what was the experience like? How valuable is this type of service for the driver? What kind of healcare services would be valuable? DOT physicals, etc? If you are a fleet driver does your company provide healcare insurance? As an O/O how do you find afordable coverage? |

Check out P.D.M.D. their 1st clinic is in the parking lot of Petro - in Knoxville, TN. They are open daily from 0800 til midnight. They just last week opened their 2nd location in Petro parking lot W Memphis, ARK. They are really great, and have connections with several hospitals. Are to open 2 other centers by the end of this year. |
