I just read your answer for finding dac reports and I wonder if this info is outdated. I went to that site and it has nothing to drivers' dac reports. Please let me know how I can go about requesting one. Thank you.

DAC Services was recently acquired by US Investigations Services, LLC. Teir old web site was www.dacservices.com, their new web site is www.usis.com/dac You can also contact DAC Services at (800) 381-0645 and request information on obtaining your report. You'll probably need to request the report in writing due to security concerns. Once you receive the report, check it carefully for errors and negative entries. Chances are good that the information will be correct and positive but if it isn't, it's time for action.

i failed a ua is there companies that will hire me i am clean and free from drugs

I failed a ua;is currently seeing a SAP counselor. Will I have a chance of rehire within the Trucking Industry once I've meet all (DOT)requirements?

Can this ua be removed from my DAC?

i had an accident in 12/02/04 plus on light duty rather office work i failed a ua,are there other companies that give a second chance?

A positive drug test will stay on your DAC report for 3 years in the drug/alcohol section and if the carrier lists a company policy violation or termination this remains in the employment history section of the DAC for 7 years.
