DAC Report

Can someone tell me how long information is kept on a DAC Report?  Is info in report considered open and free?

Depending on state law where you reside.

Criminal Information - 7 Years to Lifetime

Tickets 7 Years to Lifetime

Employment Information - LIFETIME!

They are not regulated on the information comapnies say about you.  The do have to abide by the FCRA on some things.  Some states only allow them to report for 7 years on criminal history.  Most are lifetime.  Once on DAC , they break your BACK.

So just be careful how you work, cause most big companied pull DAC reports.

10 years for CA, then those companies drop off...
