I signed up for their so called service to fix two issues on my DAC Report and was told that they could have the issues taken off my DAC report. That was before I gave them my credit card info. I was contacted by a representative from their company that called herself Jane, Jane took a statement from me and said the dispute would be sent to DAC for resolution and it should take no more than six week to get an resolution. Eight weeks passed and I didn't hear from them so I called DAC Fix back to find out what the hold up is, and Jane told me she didn't even sent the forms into DAC and that it was going to take another six weeks minimum to get it fixed. But oh, it's okay if I wnat to be mad at her. Being mad at her is an understatment.
I called back today and all I fot was a rude answering service that said everyone has left for the day. That was at 15:00 central time. DO NOT sign up with this rip off company. |
