credit checks and carriers

Those brokers who cheat carriers out of money have ruined it for the honest brokers and now new honest brokers are unable to obtain trucks due to their neglegence and stupidity. So may I ask you this... How does a new broker acquire credit through carriers if they are unable to obtain carriers to move loads for you?
I have plenty of loads coming in but no carriier wants to move it because I have no credit history of payment but one carrier. So I keep loosing clients due to this.
