We are just starting a hot shot business. So far the FMCSA says we need to file OP-1, MCS150, & MCS 150A. What about a BOC 3? How do we get an agent in all states? We are under 26K. Does anyone else know what we need? Any one know what Arizona requires?Thanks

There are blanket companies that will cover you in all states.  I would recommend going to a company like logistec, they can help you with all your needs.  You can find them online at www.operatingauthority.com  hope this helps
