Hey!
All you drivers who ever had a "bad trip" (on the road, I mean, not on LSD) will get a laugh out of a blog I wrote on the other site I use: NERDSCOUT.COM (don't laugh, an actual site, no spam, no registration B.S. involved). Just bring up "Blogs" off the home Page and click on "18 DAYS"---a story about my most recent OTR jaunt, a 7000-mile ordeal in a piece-of-junk Volvo. Some of you already know I have photos posted at that same site, shots taken around the country while driving a truck... those can be found in the "MY LIFE" albums. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL DRIVERS!!! I know times are still tough, but we'll get through it one way or another, or die tryin'... By the way, these last fly-by-night wanks ripped me off $1000, but I was so happy just to get away from 'em that I didn't care... one fine day, I'll hook up with a REAL OUTFIT again, and this period in my life won't even rate as a bad memory. To be honest with you, I'll be glad to see this year out, and simply enjoy the company of family and friends while I'm stuck on the beach. Okay, back to "Kelly's Heroes"---just wanted to throw this out there before I shut down the computer. ADIOS!!! |
