I guess no one here works for Celadon or has worked for Celadon or is interested in working for them. Celadon USED TO BE in the top percentile (like the top ten) for on time deliveries yet has fallen to a lower rank due to their inability for hiring low quality drivers.
NO COMPANY is perfect because I and a LOT of others would be there and there WOULDN'T BE ANY OPENINGS. This company doesn't exist which is why there is such turnover in this industry.

I used to work for Celadon. It's not that they don't hire high quality drivers, it's that they can't get their drivers enough mileage to make a living so they lose them. |

as wife of a new driver in tx what co. will we be able to trust ? we ,as many really need $36,000 a year. Not afraid of hard work, but can't afford to get taken or put out any cash . All industries have problems, but the loan for trucking school was our last hope. |
