catching a disease while training with a trainer ??

Hello I just started a new job with a trucking company. I had a few bites the first few days then they got bad then really bad when I showed them to my trainer he said he was going to throw me out when we got back to the companys truck yard. At this point I called a family member and they came and took me to a emergency care facility and I had contracted a communicable disease called the (scabies). They say this is "NOT" a workmanscomp case I was with a company driver and company truck, has this ever happend before and what do I do ????? Please help..... |
