cat c15 has major lack of power

i have a 2001 kw with a c15  cat and the  other day the truck started loosing more and more power until finaly it got so bad the empty truck feels like it has a 90000lbs load on it when its empty truck seems like it runs normal just hardly any power other than that any sugestions

try purging fuel by hooking an external electric pump to fuel line going to injector rail pump straight into rail take filter of if it is metal spin on let truck run on diesel  off of separtate pump drawing out of separate tank for shorter uptake line check if debris such as paper towl pieces, etc that appear at fuel filter base, if  so your plugging up and pick debris out and run with filter re-connected until low power

Get Your Self Down To 1 Fuel Filter And Run Lucas Or Non Detergent Motor Oil 1 Quart To Every 100 Gallons And Change Your Fuel Filter Every 10,000 Miles This New Fuel Green Slim Chokes Up The Paper In The Filters Make Sure You Load Heavy On Your Drives Carry Your Load  Dont Drag It
