IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE I CAN GET SOME INFO ON HAULING CARS ON THE EAST COAST IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED. I HAVE BEEN HAULING REGULAR HOTSHOT FREIGHT WITH A 40 FOOT GOOSE AND THERE DOESNT SEEM TO BE ANY MONEY IN IT LIKE THERE USED TO BE. I LIVE IN NEW JERSEY NEAR ALL THE BIG PORTS AND SEE A BUNCH OF GUYS HAULING CARS. BUT NOONE WANTS TO GIVE UP ANY INFO ON WHERE TO START. THE BEST I KEEP GETTING IS SIGN UP WITH CENTRAL DISPATCH. IF ANYONE CAN HELP PLEASE LET ME KNOW.  THANKYOU. AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS! ! ! !

Hey fattz, I am just getting started as well and looking for the some info on car hauling.  Your right no one wants to share info.  Not sure wtz up with that.  You got anything that would help.

Try the URS website. (UNITED ROAD SERVICE) You can run cheap ads in the "Old Car Trader" or Hemmings Motor News, both of those are online. I have done it for years... no more truck! So, I am trying to find a car hauling job. There is good money in if, you watch the MT miles and TOO CHEAP hauls. "Alot of SNOWBIRDS up your way....florida in the winter and back to NY and NJ in the spring.
