I would like to drive trucks again but my cdl's are supspended i need to pay off some tickits and pay a reinstatement, Do you know of any trucking companys that will help me get my cdl's back and they  take the  amount out of my settlement checks and i sign a agreement with them to drive for them for one year

I have to pay $1000.00 dollars

Carl,

I know of no company that will do that for you. To be honest, I think you will have a hard time finding employment with a driving record like you have.
