I have a C-15 Caterpiller pushing coolant out of the overflow it will only push one gallon out then stops but this enough to set off the low coolant warning. I'm not getting any water in my oil no oil soot or fuel in my coolant no white smoke when running. I have had it in the shop and they have ruled out the compressor but is showing bubbles in radiator. |

Sounds like a head gasket. Nappa sells a kit to check for exhaust gas's in the coolant. It's just a clear tube with rubber ends and a bottle of blue liquid. Very simple to use, if the blue liquid turns yellow you have a bad head gasket or possibly a cracked head. good Luck. |
