I know that brokers have to keep records of what they receive for the load and what they pay the carrier. How do I get this information from them.

	Call them and make a requst. 49 CFR 371.3 will answer your question and will tell you what your and their responsibilities are.

	IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET THOSE RECORDS IF THEY CAME THROUGH A COMPANY FIRST? WE ARE LEASED ONTO A COMPANY WITH OUR TRUCK AND HAVE CONCERNS WITH THEM NOT PAYING ALL THEY REALLY OWE US, CAN WE GET COPIES FROM THE BROKERS AS WELL?? OR WHAT ROUTE DO WE NEED TO TAKE IF NOT?? THANKS IN ADVANCE.
