blackballed for accidents

I'm a fairly new driver, about 120000 miles in 2011. Been driving for only 16 months. I was fired from my only driving job for accidents. I bumped light pole in Nov, 2010, (in company yard), bumped yellow warning pole in Oct 2011 and in Dec, 2011 a trailer door came unhooked while backing into a dock. Broke door hinges. I have no tickets on DMV report, no points. My license was suspended for 8 days because my dispatcher "CLAIMS" to have sent ticket into company. Ticket was for no proof registration or Ins. I faxed ticket to dispatch within 24 hrs. and he faxed me proof. same day. Obvious problem. No recruiters will talk to me. Should I keep looking and where, or should I find another profession? |
