I'm not sure why you are in Tacoma, WA and want to know about American Truck Training in OKC...
I live just outside OKC and considered American Truck Training when I was ready to start CDL training.
However, with just a little investigation, I quickly found that American Truck Training was a CDL mill.
If you are in the OKC area, I strongly recommend Central Tech in Drumright, OK. It is about 1/4 the cost and about 100x better training!!!
