 I have 2003 GMC 4500 with an Allison 1000 Trans it is not shift properly and the speedometer is peging out at 85 when my top speed may only be 30 to 40 mph. I jump started the truck this morning for about 10 to 12 minutes because the batteries (2) were totally dead before it have enough cranking amp to start. I used my 1989 pick-up to boost the batteries. Could I have dirupted any computer  are blown any relays while boosting the batteries. and I so what can I do to repair the problem.
