I worked for this company for 2 1/2 months and i have ran 34.721 miles for this company my checks are nothing and they rip u off...if u pay off  ur truck u will never see the title bc they are leased from peterbilt and peterbilt still owns the trucks this company never has time to talk to u and u never get to talk about ur check..here is a example i ran 4339.58 worth of products after everything is done my check is only going to be 279.83 this is some bullshit i run my ass off for this company they never give u the rate conformation. They never give u any of the fuel surcharge, no extra money for stop pay. This company is a rip off and someone needs to shut them down this company will take ur money and u will never see any of it. my second check was 1500.00 and then after that my checks were less then 400.00 dollars this is some fuck up shit..last week my truck grossed over 8,000.00 dollars and my check was only 390.00...so if u want to get screwed by someone go and work for Hurricane Express..but i suggest u try and go to a different company.If u just want to drive they have the miles but NO MONEY!!!!!

i just left hurricane after a week and a half had a bad feeling about them from day one so i got out before i got screwed. I should have listened to the post on here and other web sites drivers stay away go to work for swift before you go to this bunch. They tell you one thing on the phone then it all changes when you get there. The trucks only go 65 on the pedal and 62 on cruise

I worked for this company almost 2 months and made a total of around $700. They are liars and thieves! They brought me out on a bus then 5 weeks later took the money for that bus ticket out of MY pay! They told me to only bring the essentials and they would route me by the house in about 2 weeks but a month and a half later I was still trying to go home. They lie about everything, the pay, the equipment even the bonus they offer. They even tried to get me to doctor my log books and drive illegal, they didnt care about me or my license they only worried aboput themselves! They are so crooked that the DOT makes random visits and they are alwas being threatened with being shut down.They are in the process of changing their name to Nodak, one of the owners names spelled backwards, because Hurricane expess has been run into the ground. When I got paid it was never right and I was paid with a company check of $100 and the remainder of pay was a com check and the bank had a terrible time even dealing with it. Everything they have or do is crooked! I hope this message helps someone to NOT go to work for them. If I had the money they owed me I may not be nearly as fed up with them. My final settlement should have been about $1500 and instead it was $54. Just one yhe MANY issues I had with them!
