2007 C15 Cat Engine
Posted: Tue Apr 8, 2008 11:52:21 AM

We have recently purchased a 2008 Pete with a 2007 C15 Engine.  We are experiencing multiple failures with the "integrate regeneration" system.  We've placed the tractor in for service on several occasions with Peterbilt and with Caterpillar.  No one has been successful in solving the problems.  The truck has been run thru a manual reburn several times.  Generally we're being told that the regeneration system on the cat motor does not work properly.  Would be interested in hearing from anyone having the same problems.  This is becoming costly!

i'm sure by now you have gotten an answer. However, if your truck was under 50,000 miles at the time and they had regen codes3784-6 3711 etc you shouldn't have gotten charged either by Peterbilt or Cat.
