2003 c15 high pyrometer readings

IHAVE A 2003 C15 NZ6 MOTOR RUNS GREAT BUT PYRO SHOOTS TO 1100 DEG IN A HEARTBEAT,SHOP SAYS THE TURBO IS CRAKED,REPLACED IT AND IT DIDNT HELPAT ALL EXAUST IS FINE ,WHAT COULD CAUSE THIS HIGH EXAUST TEMP? AIR TO AIR HAS BEEN CHECKED OVERHEAD HAS BEEN RUN,IT DOES BLACK STACK BETWEEN SHIFTS BUT WILL CLEAR UP QUICKLY AND NOT TO BAD, |

Does it just go up when you put your foot in it? If so may be injectors sending too much fuel or timing of them may be off...kind of jives with the black smoke.. which is caused by too much fuel which doesn't get burned. Hans |

YA ,REALLY WHEN I HAVE MY FOOT IN IT, ALSO NOT, MAINLY WHEN I LUG IT 1300 1400 1500 RPM IT WILL GO UP EVEN WHEN IM EMPTY CRUZING DOWN THE ROAD WITH VERY LITTLE THROTTLE IT WILL RUN BETWEEN 800 TO 900 DEG,THE SHOP SET THE INJECTOR TIMEING WHEN IT HAD THE OVERHEAD DONE |
