01 FL70 flashes no eng

01 FL70 flashes no eng

I have a 01 fl70. my starter was hanging up so i got a new starter with a extra little silonied on it. Installed it and didnt fix my problem so i got a new relay that is mounted on the firewall and a new ignition swith. replace it all and now when i cut my key on it flases a code that says no enG. what does this mean? it want let my truck start. does anybody have any advice.
