Re: boss stealing from driversLooking for Hotshot loadsFrom: scottshotshotservice@yahoo.com CommentsLooking for loads from Texas to just about anywhere...trying to stay in a seven state radius. please respond back ASAP...thanks Can speeding tickets be re-openned once closed? From: nrthnwiguy CommentsLooking for some info on speeding tickets...have a great opportunity with a local driving company, got my CDL temps and started to drive and train with the owner. After a week he said his insurance company wouldn't cover me cause of a speeding ticket i got 1.5 years ago. at the time i didn't contest it cause i knew i was speeding and didn't know how it would come back and haunt me. So i paid the ticket.the ticket was for 22 mph over which is considered excessive here in wisconsin. The insurance company would cover me if it was an intermediate one which would be no more than 19 over. but since its considered excessive they won't cover me, which means i can't take this job.i am wondering if it is possible to reopen a speeding ticket and get it reduced the couple miles per hour? Have never heard of it, but if i would of known at the time that it would come back to haunt me, i would of faught it and probably got it reduced to an intermediate one at least. any help would be greatly appreciated.
