I AM A NEW OWNER OPERATOR AND FOUND IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO SECURE TRUCK FINANCING FOR MY 2000 PETERBILT. THE BANKS DIDN'T WANT A NEW BUSINESS WITH A USED TRUCK AND MY FIRST DEALER WAS NO HELP EITHER. I LUCKILY FOUND A DEALER WHO CONTACTED A FIRM OUT OF FLORIDA CALLED R & K FINANCIAL SERVICES. THEY WALKED ME THROUGH THE CREDIT PROCESS AND SECURED A FINANCED LEASE TO OWN PROGRAM AT A VERY DECENT MONTHLY PAYMENT. I AM NOW A PROUD DRIVER OF MY DREAM RIG. I would suggest being very careful in working for Rocor. We worked as owner/ops hauling their trailers and we had nothing but hassels from them.

There are many suits against Rocor for failing to recognize independents as such and taking taxes plus taking too much out for permits and such.

Be cautious. Check out www.ooida.com and search under law suits for their name. Also go to www.dogpile.com and look for their name and take a look at the stuff that comes up regarding law suits.
