Sounds like you need a new job. We had that problem working for a company also. Have you considered owner/op?? We have room for drivers. We pay 75% of gross load to singles and 80% to team. Can help with permits and/or insurance.

I'm in the process of writing a guide for Truck drivers. I have been in the buisness for 10 years, anywhere from mechanics to recruiting. I'm calling it "Blowing Smoke" and I need your help. What do you want to know, what are questions that have been asked. One thing that I have learned in this industry is that the truth is seldom heard. Give me some comments or things you'd like to see.
