Sounds like you need a new job. We had that problem working for a company also. Have you considered owner/op?? We have room for drivers. We pay 75% of gross load to singles and 80% to team. Can help with permits and/or insurance.

...I'm looking for small loads (3 auto's or lees, boats, etc.),or 8' wide Park Model trailers, Boats etc. Anyone know where such need can be accommodated on a job-by-job basis?
