Under what circumstances can a company with hold a check from an o/o aftre a load has been delivered. My company withhold checks if there is a problem with your log. Sometimes it has been detirmened that there was no problem except clerical in the office. Please some kegal advice to put a stop to this sometimes I don't know it has been withheld untill I call in, no calls or E mail. Smitty
