i can't seem to find any help in getting started. What i want to do is buy a couple of trucks(tractors) hire a couple of drivers (i don't want to drive trailer yet. i drive a concrete mixer) & put them to work. i don't know the first thing about getting started. i need to know from buying a tractor (register, permits, equipment, ins) to hiring drivers to getting work for the trucks.
