truckers should check this law out.All 50 states have this now and it could have some dramatic effects on a driver if the dot or officer want's to be a hard nose. I had this happen to me over a speeding ticket in Crown Point Indiana, I had a complied consent law hanging over me but with bundles of money to a lawyer it was dismissed but it was a real nightmare.Needless to say I dont do drugs but the state trooper made my life misserable for a couple months
