Dear trukmom63, A trucking company can withold employees pay for several reasons. One is for damages to equipment. Another is if you took a advance on the road and did not keep your receipts that total to the amount you advanced. I really need to know the reason before I can honestly inform you if they were justified in withholding your pay check. They also need to validate their reason to you. Give me a little more detail.
