I failed taking a pre employment drug test for a driving school Since I have never had a cdl how will this affect me I still want to drive

jake, My employer started keeping a large amount of money from my pay checks because of a company phone I had that was used with out my knowledge, by whom Im not sure. Then, my employer decided to keep my whole pay check because a fuel ticket I turned in was miss placed and he said I had to pay for it. I was told an employer could not keep more than 10% of your pay; is this true; because he literally starved me out; I lost every thing while employed with him; my vehicle,my home,I even had to give up my companions I'de had since birth;(cats),I could no longer afford to feed them!. What do you think I should do?. trukmom63
