Dear iluvjd23, From your explanation. You were ask to work in untolerable conditions. You must document everything from the day,weather,temperatures etc.. Documentation is the key. I would contact your unemployment agency and plead your case. The company must justify their grounds for dismissal. Which from what I am hearing is not just grounds. GOOD LUCK and let me know how you fair.
