I have a felony possession of a controlled substance but have taken in patient and congnetive self change classes.The felony is alittle over a year old can i still get a cdl class b ????

Dear Bob B, You should be fine as long as the parking brake still locks when you press it down and releases when you release it. You might want to check your shoes for wear and your drums for cracks though. When you overheated your brakes you may have crystalized the drums or shoes or both. They will still work but will problably wear out much more quickly than a pair that hasn't. Keep an eye on that k.
