When the truck is in downhill position the transmission sticks in gear (first or six).The vehicle does not move, With or without load.Could you tell me what the problem is?.

Dear zpitydodot, A DOT# is required for all for hire services(Contract or Common Carriers) doing interstate movements. Required stoppage at weigh stations are for any combined unit of any weight class(private or public) and for any and all commercial vehicle. Hope i answered your questions.
