I have a 96 f-150, with 27,000 miles, it was my grandfathers and dont think he ever used the 4wd.. i put it in 4wd the other day and ever since then, when i am drivin down the road it is soundin like the hubs are tryin to engage.. if i stop, put it in 4wd, and then take it back out, and keep driving it seems to fix it.. wondering if i need to rebuild the hubs or what?
