I just got fired from my job as a stocker. I want to know if trucking companies hold that against me. Would it be best if I just admit to getting terminated from my prevoius job? I have no criminal record nor any traffic tickets.

I actuall don't have the owners manual and I can't seem to locate a new one. I know how to engage the 4 wheel drive, I am unsure how to lock it in? It is a stick shift (manual) engagment for the 4x4 with manual locking hubs on the front tires. Do I need to have the truck in nuetral or park when I shift into 4x4, and then lock the hubs, or vise versa. I have also seen other trucks engaged by shifting and then reversing to engage it. I am just trying not to burn up any gears. Any help much appreciated.
